Injection Molding
Tojos Plast has the required skills for making high quality plastic products by injection molding.Our premises (as of 2005) house highly advanced and flexible equipment that is continuously updated. Manufacturing is cost effective using our ultramodern injection molding machines equipped with robots. Products are monitored and tested in accordance with a checking instruction that is unique to each plastic item. Depending on the type of item, we check the measurements, appearance and/or strength/resistance. We make plastic products by injection molding for various customers within different fields including the automotive industry, food industry, agriculture, healthcare, tools/aids, and the manufacturing industry. For example, we make plastic products such as small parts, wear parts and packaging/containers.
