Candy racks/containers

Our customer has years of experience in manufacturing candy racks/containers continuously developing new overall solutions. A new patented, hygienic candy container has been developed. Tojos has participated in developing tools and we manufacture most of the parts for this candy rack. We also carry out the post-processing and assembly of this container.

Entomed

Entomed is a specialist company within the ENT (Ear-Nose-Throat) sector with its own production of audiometers and, in part, an extensive agency business, offering an almost complete range of ENT products for out-of-hospital care, company healthcare, specialist  clinics, hospitals, industries and schools.

Tojos has developed tools for one of Entomed’s audiometers.

Dentokraft

Our customer has developed this product as a complement to teeth-brushing.
Tojos has participated in the design and construction of Dentokraft and we have developed tools. The part is a double mold made from PP and TPE and it is made by injection molding. We also perform the assembly and packaging, making the product ready for sale in retail stores.

Equipment used by Printers

Our customer manufactures damping apparatus used by Printers, primarily for the export market. Tojos has participated in the development of several new tools.

Chemotechnique Diagnostics

The company develops diagnostics agents for skin allergies. Tojos has manufactured allergy test chambers for several years.

DeLaval International

DeLaval develops and markets agricultural equipment. Tojos has, for years, manufactured products for their aftermarket.

Libraries

Our customer creates, designs and markets furnishings and equipment for libraries and schools across Europe.  In a joint project we have developed a durable audio book case that also fits CDs and DVDs. The packaging has a pocket for address cards and it is possible to attach an insert that can fit another disc.

Nasalprodukter

Nasalprodukter has developed NoseFrida® a snotsucker for babies with colds. The product was developed by doctors at the Ear-Nose-Throat Clinic at Malmö University Hospital in Malmö and meets all the requirements of a good babies’ snotsucker for multiple use. Tojos also manufactures, apart from the snotsucker, the case and the mouthpiece for the NoseFrida®. We take care of the assembly and packaging, making the product ready for retail stores.

Klippo

Klippo is commonly known as Sweden’s most durable lawnmower and it is manufactured by Dahlmans Klippo. Tojos has been a subcontractor, to a varying extent, for more than thirty years. We currently have around thirty active tools.

Foghorns

The company manufactures foghorns for ships and signal systems for companies and authorities. Tojos makes foghorns and parts.

Metso Minerals

Metso Minerals sells machinery and equipment for the processing industry in 150 countries across the globe.

Screens

Tojos has developed tools and manufactures a robust screen made of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) used in the mining industry.

Trellspray

Trellspray is the latest product we have developed for Metso Minerals. It is also made of TPU. Trellspray is used for the effective dispersion of water, for example, for accurate cleaning in the mining industry.

Curtain systems

Our customer is a subsidiary of a Swiss company that develops high quality motorized and manually controlled curtain systems. Tojos has, among other things, developed tools for curtain tracks, currently manufactured in large quantities. More projects are also in the works.

Industrial kitchens

Cooperation with this customer began thanks to one of our regular customers: Electrolux Storkök. Tojos has, throughout the years, developed adjustable feet for kitchen units and a number of products for tunnel dishwashers.

Tetra Pak

Food must be packaged for transportation – especially food in liquid form. This knowledge has made Tetra Pak a world leading packaging company. Tojos manufactures small ranges of machinery components for Tetra Pak. We have recently developed specific tools with metal components that are embedded and that are fitted afterwards.

Tojos is the first supplier of injection molded parts certified by Tetra Pak as a specialist supplier.

Access Control Systems

The company develops functions for effective management and secure housing and is the leading supplier of access control systems, booking systems and entrance telephony systems for apartment buildings in the Nordic countries.

Tojos has developed and manufactures covers, light guides and key fixtures for the company’s keypad and proximity readers.
